I recently called to make a payment and spoke to Claire. She was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. I was running low on cell phone battery and was worried my phone would die before the call was completed, but Claire was fast and friendly. I loved that she was able to help me so quickly without sacrificing the customer experience.

We went in a few weeks back and had the pleasure of being met by a young lady, Claire! We had visited a couple of lots looking for a car for our granddaughter that day.Clair was very presentable and so sweet, reassuring and, knowledgeable.
